OptifiNow launched in 2015 with a single product offering: delivering personalized sales communication via digital print. But our arrival coincided with the explosion of social media offerings. Not only did marketers now have vastly more channels for communicating with their customers, but buyers were becoming better educated about their consumer needs.

As the President/CEO of OptifiNow, John leads the company’s vision, strategy and growth. John listened to the needs of many enterprises – the struggle of managing national and global sales teams with benchmark sales processes that delivered repeatable results. OptifiNow was built from the ground up by simplifying the complex needs of customers. The result is a software platform that delivers a complete suite of sales & management solutions for its clients.
Prior to founding OptifiNow, John founded a print & marketing company, that he ran for 20 years . He also founded a software development firm that he still manages today.
John has a BS in Engineering and Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University, and is a proud California native. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, and their 3 children.
As COO of OptifiNow, Mike develops and executes operational initiatives and growth strategies, including strategic alliances, trusted advisors programs and strategic partnerships.
Mike’s career spans decades of successful leadership roles in global technology businesses, including Chairman and CEO of NIEC and EVP CFO of International Rectifier.
A thought leader on Wall Street in structured finance, Mike started his career in a Big Eight accounting firm (when we still had the “Big Eight’), where he earned his California CPA.
